REGISTRATION IS CLOSED FOR THE 2011 SEASON

               In consideration of our Liberty Youth Families, this year’s goal was to find         
       ways to drop our fees and adjust our requirements for the 2011 season.

    To ensure success of our program, we require that you assist our organization by
    volunteering a minimum of 4 hours per player.



    REGISTRATION FEES:

    Early Registration is April 1st through May 15th:  $275 per player, with $150 per
    player due at the time of registration, with the remaining balance due by July
    30th.

    May 16th through June 30th:  $325 per player, with $150 per player due at the
    time of registration, with the remaining balance due by July 30th.

    FAMILY DISCOUNTS:

    Two (2) Player Discount:  $50 per family.
    Three (3) Player Discount:  $75 per family.
    Four (4) Player Discount:  $100 per family.

    REFUNDS:
    Those requesting a refund must do so in writing before June 15th to receive a
    $75 refund (per player) off of the original $150 due at the time of registration.  
    There are NO refunds after June 30th.   

    REGISTERING (On-line):

    Please READ all instructions before registering.  Registration is on a first come
    first serve basis.

    1.  Go to the TVYFL Registration page.

    2.  If you are registering on-line for the first time, you will need to create a new
    member account.  If you have registered previously, you can use your old
    account name and password.  If you’ve forgotten your user name and password,
    click the appropriate button and you will be sent last year’s previous
    information via email.  

    3.  After you register, you will receive an e-mail with the “filled out” TVYFL
    player registration/contract form and a blank Medical Release form.  PRINT OUT
    BOTH FORMS. The registration form must be signed by a parent/guardian.   The
    Medical Release form must be filled out and signed by a Doctor or Nurse
    Practitioner.  All forms must have an original signature. (Blue ink preferred)

    All completed forms, i.e., 2011 Manual Registration Form or TVYFL player
    registration/contract form (via online registration) and Medical Release form must
    be mailed to the address below, including your registration fee of $150 per player
    in order to be officially registered.  Please make checks payable to: Liberty Youth
    Football.

    FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:

    As an organization, we have created a fund with a limited number of dollars that
    will be awarded based upon certain criteria. This allows our organization to make
    every effort to give players the opportunity to be a part of the Liberty Youth
    Football family and experience. Our program offers 2 different types of financial
    assistance:  

    The “Deferred Payment” program, which allows you to defer your remaining
    registration fees past the July 30th deadline for a certain period of time to be
    determined by the Board.

    We also offer a partial “Scholarship”. If chosen for this program, we expect that
    you assist our organization by volunteering an additional 8 hours of your time
    per player to help ensure the success of our program.


    Please refer to our Volunteer page to see the volunteer opportunities available. For
    example: family fun day, fundraising events, equipment distribution, picture day,
    field setup/clean-up, camp registration and/or one of the several positions needed
    within each team.

    To request Financial Assistance, please fill out the Financial Assistance form and
    include it with your registration fee and documents.  All finiancial assistance
    programs will be considered by the Board.
